Ann Massa

1928 - 2022

Raised Her Family in Eltingville Beloved wife, loving mother, caring sister, Ann Massa (nee Spatocco), age 94, of Wake Forest, North Carolina, died peacefully on Nov. 25, 2022. Ann is preceded in death by her loving husband Vincent, and their son Vincent Jr. She was the devoted mother of Salvatore (Terry), Steven (Laura) and Corinne Bailey (Frank). She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Christopher, Gregory, Jonathan, Frank Jr., Steven, Brianna and Vincent; and two great grandchildren. Born in South Philadelphia, PA on July 26th, 1928, she was the daughter of Francesco and Incornato (Fiore) Spatocco. Ann worked at Curtis Publishing in Philadelphia, and at the President Theatre, where she met Vincent, who was stationed at the nearby naval base. Ann and Vincent married, and went on to raise their family in Eltingville, Staten Island. They retired to their beloved Florida, where they resided for 30 years, spending their summers in the Pocono Mountains. In 2018 they moved to North Carolina. Ann is predeceased by her brothers Lenny, Charlie, Mike, and Joe. Services will be held at L. Harold Poole Funeral Services, Knightdale, North Carolina, on December 1st, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
