In loving memory of a great person, neighbor and friend. Though I haven't seen Brian or MaryRose in over 25 years they both will be remembered as great friends. May he rest in peace.

What a wonderful cousin he was to us. We have such fond memories of his good nature, his great sense of humor, his quick wit and his deep love for his family. We will miss him.

Brian was my boss at SIUH but he was so much more than that. He took me under his wing. He encouraged me in so many ways. I did call him last year and told him how much his encouragement meant to me and how I never forgot it. It was a really nice conversation. He asked me to visit (I now live in NC) but I never got there. I hate that I wasnt able to visit but Im so glad I had that conversation with him. My sincere love and prayers go out to Mary Rose and his family.

Brian and Maryrose were a truly special couple from the moment I remember meeting Brian . Soul mates, a team, a ying to her yang, supportive, kind, intelligent and on and on. They went on to do amazing things together and separately .. But the greatest accomplishments by far are their truly amazing daugthers and grandchildren.. A true legacy as a tribute to their wonderful union and wonderful beings. Brian was a strong presence in his quiet manner. Always there for them. Never missing anything. I am so fortunate to have been a cousin in law to Brian. One in a million !!! This loss is great for Brian's family but we kow he will always be with them.. Peacefully rest Brian.

Brian was a true gentleman and a consummate professional. As a reporter in the 70s and early 80s, I always enjoyed the opportunity to work with Brian. My condolences to the family.
