Fran & I worked at Sea View for many years. Before she retired, she became my assistant. Not great with the new computer technology - but great at screening phone calls & visitors.
She was a Blood Captain for Sea Views drives. Her dogged persistence finally persuaded me to start donating & after 30+ years and 18 total gallons achieved - I am still donating today.
I have a rare blood type that is in constant demand.
So many thanks to Fran for getting me started.
A lovely person with a good sense of humor.
Deepest sympathies to her family.

My deepest sympathy to the Chase and Gleeson families. Fran and I (I knew her as Frankie her childhood nick name) were best friends throughout our teenage years into young adulthood. We were each others maid of honors and god mother to each others first child. As our lives evolved we didn´t see much of each other but we always remained in touch with each other through phone calls. As soon as we would say hello to each other it was like we saw each other yesterday and we were teenagers again. Frankie was a good friend to me and I will never forget her and will always love her. My love and prayers are with her children and families.
