In the early 70's Jasper was Butchie was the ice cream man ( never knew his name was Jasper). What a wonderful guy with a kind soul. He would let me get on truck and serve other kids in the neighborhood for a couple of blocks for a free cone. Great memories of Butchie! My condolences to Victor and the rest of his family.
