My deepest condolences to the Slaton family for the loss of Norman. I had been in Dianna's class in grade school.

Norman Slaton a legendary basketball player. I went to Port Richmond H.S with you. I loved basketball, but I was just a small fry. I looked up one day saw Norman I was like wow. I want to play basketball like you. I became his little buddy. I grew up in the Harbor. Norman taught me to play basketball. I became pretty good. I was just talking about you not long ago to my daughter how you taught me everything about basketball. I carried that on to my son. Norman you will be missed a gentle giant and great friend. Rest in peace my ol H.S. basketball buddy. Thank for being a great friend.
