Patty, You were always my voice of reason. The backbone of our family. The guiding light when there was none. When we were younger you took me everywhere with you. NYC trips, vacations to Va Beach, baseball games, arts and crafts at Prall etc. I tagged along thinking I was protecting you. But the reverse was true. i was honored. There were so many times when you helped me get up, when life knocked me to the ground. I never forgot those times. It was you and Louie that made me stronger. Go out in the world and make something of myself. Thank you. In closing, I want anyone who is reading this to know my big sister Patty was a special person. One who could sense when you were hurting inside. You never had to ask her for help. She just knew and proceeded to help you in anyway needed. She always gave it to you straight. No beating around the bush. No sugar coating. You always knew where you stood. If she liked you? Oh boy you were in her good book. She never missed a birthday, anniversary, accomplishment or family event. I will miss you Pat. Until we meet again. Rest in Peace. Please say hi to Mom, Daddy and Carol for me. Your brother Freddie.
