Rosalyn May "Rozzi" Breier

Beloved Wife, Mother & Grandmother, Former Islander Mrs. Rosalyn Breier passed away on Friday September 9, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Somerville. NJ. She was 77 years old. Mrs. Breier was born in Brooklyn and graduated from Wingate High School. She attended Brooklyn College and entered the work place as a young woman. She worked in an administrative capacity a number of years before marrying. She married her husband, Irving and they lived in Queens for a short time. The young couple then relocated to Staten Island where they would raise a family of their own. She moved to the Renaissance Community in Somerset, NJ in 2006 where Roz made many new friendships. Mrs. Breier enjoyed reading, bowling, needlepoint and loved to host mahjong games. She traveled frequently to Aruba with her husband and family and was known for her great sense of humor and joke telling. Mrs. Breier was pre deceased by her brother Bernard Minsuk. She is survived by her husband, Irving Breier and their children Adam Breier and his wife Liz and Stacy Siegel and her husband Steve. She is also survived by her brother Lester Minsuk and his wife Phyllis, sister in law Ellen Minsuk and her grandchildren Sarah and Malka Breier and Halle Siegel and her boyfriend John, and Zachary and Dana Siegel. Funeral services will begin at 11 AM on Sunday at the Gleason Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Floral Park Cemetery in South Brunswick NJ.
