MINSTER - Gertrude E. Glaser, age 92 of Minster, formerly of Florida, Kettering & Russia died 4:50 AM Thursday, May 27, 2021 at her home. She was born November 15, 1928 in St. Marys, Ohio to the late Alfred & Anna E. (Layman) Grillot.
She is survived by children; Delphine & Mark Kaser, Centerville, Ohio, Michael & Tina Glaser, Wilmington, Ohio, Rose Glaser, Minster, son-in-law Milton Johnson, Franklin, IN, grandchildren: Eric & Lisa Kaser, Michele Kaser, Starr Butler, Dawn & Ryan Felheim, Lenny Glaser, Alicia Cavender, Brian Cavender, Christy Cavender, great grandchildren: Emily, Paige, Skye Sierra, Fawn, Rain, Garrett, great great grandchild: Maddi.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Jamie "Jean" Glaser, siblings: infant Raphael Grillot, Adrian & Blanche Grillot, Ottis & Lavina Grillot, Veronica Metzger, Marion & Emily Grillot, Forrest & Dorothy Grillot, Alfred & Evelyn Grillot.
She was a former member of St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia and St. Alberts Catholic Church, Dayton. She was Past President of the Russia C L of C and a member of the Sebastian Fishin' Chics.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at St. Remy Catholic Church with Rev. Martin Fox celebrant. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Russia from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, May 31, 2021 and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 1. Burial will take place in St. Remy Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Condolences may be made at www.hogenkampfh.com.
