Send FlowersBELLEFONTAINE - June Marie Coil, 90, went home to be with the Lord peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Otterbein Green Hills Senior Life Community. She was born in Logan, Ohio on February 16, 1935, to the late Fred and Catherine (Fee) Poling.
On May 26, 1974, she married Kenneth R. Coil, and he preceded her in death on August 8, 2001. She is also preceded in death by two sons: Gregory Matthew Coil and Rick Saunders and two sons-in-law: Rick Conley and Randy Coy.
She leaves behind her children: Jason (Tabatha) Coil of Bellefontaine, Ed Saunders of Anna, David Saunders of Lima, Joe (Carol) Ransbottom of Bellefontaine, Bill Ransbottom of Bellefontaine, Tony Ransbottom of Bellefontaine, Mike (Tammy) Ransbottom of Tipp City, Bonnie Conley of Huntsville, and Becky Coy of Bellefontaine; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and her siblings: Walter and Fred Woodruff.
June was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Bellefontaine. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her birds. She liked to take trips back home to Logan, Ohio and loved shopping and going to dinner with her best friend Marcella "Marty". She adored her dog, Sadie - almost more than anything, but above all else, she loved her family. She found so much joy in spending time with them, especially around the holidays. She will be deeply missed.
Pastor Greg Menssen will officiate a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the Eichholtz & Daring Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine. Visitation will be two hours prior from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in Cedar Point Cemetery, Pasco. Memorial contributions may be made to the Logan County Animal Shelter, 284 County Road 32 S, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.
