LAKE PLACID, FL - Robin T. Morris, 85, of Lake Placid, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Robin was born on October 29, 1935 in Cambridge, Ohio he was the son of Ruth S. Birch and Halley R. Morris.

Robin as been a resident of Lake Placid since 2006, moving here from Naples, FL. He was a brickmason for over fifty years in the construction industry in Ohio and southwest Florida. Robin was a member with the Brick Layers Local 22 in Dayton, OH. Robin was active in Boy Scouts - serving as Scoutmaster for Troop 97 of Sidney, Ohio and various other support positions within the troop for numerous years. As an active member of the Jaycees in Ohio he impacted many positive community projects. He was an active member and past Elder at the Eastside Christian Church in Lake Placid.

Robin enjoyed fishing, especially fly-fishing for salmon, woodworking and traveling in their RV-making the trek to Alaska twice. He loved to be with his family and friends anytime they could be together, especially time with his grand and great-grandchildren.

Robin is survived by his loving wife of 66 years Nancy, daughter; Julia Frantz (John), sons; Michael (Cindy), Scott (Luanne), Mark, 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

In keeping with Robin's wishes, the family will be celebrating his life privately.
