To the family--
I personally appreciated Bro. Mills so much and his contributions. He was a larger than life figure in the church and in scouting. I loved his personalized Boy Scout car license plate which bespoke his lifelong commitment to support the cause. I went with he and Bess when they bought a piano--enjoyed that time with them.
