John Bullock Obituary

1942 - 2015

John William Bullock passed away in his sleep after a brief illness at his new home in Lancaster, CA on August 11, 2015. He was born January 30, 1942 in Brandon, Manitoba Canada.

John was raised in Newhall, CA and graduated from Wm S. Hart High School in 1960. He retired as an Operational Supervisor with Southern California Edison.

John is survived by his fiancé Bernie Mayer, son Scott Bullock, daughter Terry Harrah, sister Janet Allen, 2 grandsons, a niece and 2 nephews.

The family will host a celebration of John's life Saturday, August 22, 2015 (2-4pm) at the JP Hellenic Center (43404 30th St. W, Lancaster, CA 93536). John loved his pets; please consider honoring his life with a donation to the Humane Society www.humanesociety.org.

I knew John as far back as the Sylmar Earthquake Feb. 9, 1971. He always had a kind manner about him. I truly am sorry for his passing and wish his family and fiance well.

John was my landlord for 4.5 years. He was always kind to me and my Daughter. I couldn't have asked for a better landlord. My condolences to his family at this difficult time. John will surely be missed by all that knew and loved him.
