Michael Gill Obituary
Michael James Gill, 63, of Santa Clarita, CA, passed away Friday, September 19, 2014. He was born September 24, 1950 in Monrovia, CA to Connie Gill Rovo. Mike moved to Santa Clarita with his family as a teenager and graduated from Hart High School in 1968.
Mike always had an interest in real estate that he developed early when he worked as an agent for Sun Real Estate in Newhall. For most of his adult life Mike worked as a painter, privately and for the Hollywood studios, and traveled to work on location for a number of films.
Mike was preceded in death by his son Drew James Gill, and is survived by his parents Connie and Joe Rovo, and his uncle and aunt Les and Dawn Rovo.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 29, 2014 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 24915 Peachland Ave., Newhall, CA 91321. Interment will be at Eternal Valley Memorial Park, 23287 Sierra Hwy, Newhall, immediately following the services.

He was a class act andalways told us how much he appreciated our live music at the Cowboy Palace. His sincere smile & peaceful spirit in our favorite watering hole will be deeply missed. Love, Pam & Chad Watson

We will miss Mike's smiling, handsome face and warm, fun, personality at Cowboy Palace. We always enjoyed our conversations and just hanging out , and I always enjoyed dancing with him. He was a joy to everyone.
