Arnold (Arnie) Lee Sardeson

SIOUX CITY - Arnold (Arnie) Lee Sardeson, 70, of Sioux City, IA, passed away on Monday, February 26th at his home in Sioux City surrounded by his children.

Arnold was born to David Osborne Sardeson and Mary Elizabeth (Leary) Sardeson of Sioux City, IA.

Arnie was an Ironworker at Royal Iron in Sioux City for approximately 30 years before purchasing and operating his childhood vacationing spot, Soddy's Place located on Silver Lake in Lake Park, Iowa.

Some of Arnie's favorite things to do are fishing, hunting, yard work, renovating houses, spending time with family, and hanging out with his favorite dog, Rusty.

He is survived by his four children, Sandi Lemieux of Mobile, Alabama, Kristy Stille of Papillion, Nebraska, Stephanie Durston of Sioux City, Iowa, Jason Sardeson of San Jose, California; Sisters include Shirley Gassman (Idaho) and Cathy Donlin (California). Arnie also has 10 Grandchildren.

Arnie. I'm so glad that you are no longer suffering.
I sure wish our relationship had been different. But it was what it was. I love you so much! Wish it just could of been different
