I am just remembering the beauty that was you, Brooklyn (eternal beauty). I remember the night you, your dad, and I stopped at the FS there in Carlinville, and you dared me to "remove" his car, making him think we had "gone away". You said "do it"! You brought more smiles to me than you'll ever know, in the short time I had the privilege of spending time with you, precious girl!

I only got to know Brooklyn a bit this year thru cheerleading. She was soo supportive and positive!! Such a bright spot. I have to tell you, just by watching her I could see that she enjoyed life and lived in the moment (such a wonderful trait to have at such a young age)... I will always remember her smile! During the recent Carlinville/Gillespie basketball game, she was standing on the sidelines during half time just singing her little heart out to "Jessie's Girl". You know that old saying "sing like no one is watching" and that's exactly what she was doing and enjoying the moment. I will truly always remember her in these positive, happy moments.
My heart and prayers goes out to your family. Another angel has truly earned her wings.

In times of struggle, silence may seem to be the only answer that fits. As Heaven has gained another angel, we have gained another guardian. We can choose to be happy with the time we did have with her or mourn over the time we didn't have. God Bless. <3
