Charles "Charlie" Huffman 1951 - 2021
Illiopolis, IL—Charles W. Huffman, 69, of Illiopolis, passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021 at his home. Charlie was born on July 6, 1951, in Springfield, the son of Willis and Pauline (Newston) Huffman. He married Sandy Carney and they were married for 48 years. Charlie was a farmer, 4-H Leader and member of the Sangamon County Farm Bureau Board of Directors.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and son in law Bradley Hale.
Charlie is survived by his wife, Sandy; children, Abigail (Brian), their children, Abriana and Adelaide Bruns, Lincoln (Jamey), their children, Haley and Reed Huffman and Kirby, her children Charles, George and Ellisen Hale; brother, Gary Huffman and sister, Gail Crossland.
Per Charlies wishes no services will be held.
In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Illiopolis Fire Department & EMS.
