Wow. I never thought I'd be signing this guest book for Eric. This is so crazy. Why does god always take our friends?!? Eric is and always will be a good friend to us. He was a great person & had a good heart... We had SO MANY good times with him. To think that we won't have just a chance to say goodbye. If only there was just one more...

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Words are never enough to say what the heart feels. Eric was so special to us in many ways. I will always remember the days he spent with us before moving to Alabama and how HAPPY he was to be here. He said he felt like he had finally found home and he did.
Love to all of you and God bless.

I first met Eric when he was a very young child. I was fortunate to be his week-day caretaker for a few years, and have very fond memories of this beautiful, caring young man. My heartfelt condolences to Carolyn, Scotty and family. Thank you for sharing him with me so many years ago.
