Irma E. Fletcher
MASON CITY - Irma E. Fletcher, 93, of Mason City passed away at 9:03 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield, IL.
She was born March 18, 1919, in Havana, IL, to Frank and Augusta (Bahl) Dierker. She married WJ Fletcher on September 20, 1940, in Missouri. He preceded her in death in 1988.
Irma is survived by seven children: Ronald (Bonnie) Fletcher, Erma Jean (Bob) Diers, Danny (Cindy) Fletcher, and Connie (Brian) Ingersoll all of Mason City, IL, Larry (Linda) Fletcher and Penny (Eric) Claypool both of Greenview, IL, and Mark (Leesa) Fletcher of Williamsville, IL. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchild-ren.
Irma was a member of the Christian Church in Mason City, IL, as well as a member of the Women's Club, Card Club, HEA and the Red Hat Society. She was a farm wife for many years and she also retired from Dana Corporation in Havana, IL, where she worked as a Machine Operator.
A visitation will be held Monday, March 18, 2013, from 5-7 p.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Mason City, IL. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at the Christian Church in Mason City, IL, with Pastor Joe Briseno officiating. Interment will follow at the Mason City Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Christian Church in Mason City. Online memorial messages may be left for the family at hurleyfh.com.
Hurley Funeral Home in Mason City is in charge of arrangements.

Sorry to hear of Irma's passing and sure a fun gal and enjoyed being with her when we "smashed" glass on Saturday's and at the home extension meetings. Bless you Irma.
