Kathy J. Gue
SPRINGFIELD, IL - Kathy J. Gue, 63, died at 8:15 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2014, at St. John's Hospice.
She was born Jan. 10, 1951, in Springfield to John and Hazel Lee Sweeton O'Connell. She married Robert E. Gue, Jr. on April 18, 1970, and he preceded her in death on June 28, 1984.
Also preceding her in death were her parents and one brother, John.
Surviving are a daughter, Kristy Gue, and a son, Robert Lee Gue, both of Springfield; a sister, Linda Bean of Springfield; two nieces; two nephews; and several great-nieces and -nephews.
Kathy was of the Catholic faith and worked as a cosmetologist.
Private burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
