Doug Sydney and Sam,
I was so terribly sorry to read this heartbreaking news. You have a wonderful family that I dearly loved seeing at the dentist office. Laura was always so kind and warmhearted. You and your family have been, and will remain in my thoughts and prayers.

My son was a student of Laura's at Owen Marsh, he was not a reader much til then, she got him interested in a series of books he would not take his eyes out of. I always appreciated her time with him and her ability to see how kids worked differently. I am sorry for your loss, she was a a great teacher!

Schemmer and Hage Families:

We are sending our heartfelt sympathy to you all on the loss of your beloved Laura. We are former neighbors in Sweetbriar and my nephew Noah was a student of hers many years ago. She was an amazing person and above all, the most loving mother I have known. Please know you continue to be in our prayers during this difficult time.

Heartfelt sympathy, caring thoughts, prayers. Laura was a true treasure, a joy, and an amazing inspiration. She always brightened my days at school. She let me know what her classes were studying/researching so we could coordinate and relate to/share musical activities. Wishing the family and friends: a song in your hearts; sunshine after the clouds; a rainbow after the rain. She is now a special angel.Cherished memories. Peace.
