Our family is praying for yours. I will always remember Pennie as a kind and loving woman. I recently came across this verse to use for my patients, but I think it is fitting for you, too.

"My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever." Psalm 73:26

Our most sincere condolences,
Mike, Megan, Maddox, & Emily Clemens

Gary, Our deepest sympathies are with you and Caleb at this time of your loss. We know Pennie is in a far better place, but those left behind need the comfort of our precious Holy Spirit. Our prayers are with you personally as well as from our church body here at Bluff City. We would attend the visitation and funeral, but we are going to be out of town from Friday through Monday. We will get in touch with you in the next few weeks. Again our love, prayers and deepest sympathies are extended to you and your family. Barb and Jerry Sawyer and your Bluff City Church family. If there is anything we can do for you in the weeks ahead, please let us know.

Although my time with Pennie was brief in comparison to the full life she lived, I enjoyed our visits together at MMC and Kindred; I can tell she was a terrific woman! May God's peace and the Holy Spirit's comfort bring her family and friends together for a time of mourning in the midst of celebration. I regret I am out of state for her memorial. Love to all.
