Dang it brother! i have stepped away from the cowboy life for a bit and we kinda lost touch but seeing you always made my heart smile. I just learned of your passing! you were a true friend to all who knew you and even though at times you had only a few possessions, you would gladly give those to any in need!!! Many a horse will miss your gentle way. God speed partner!!!

Art for the last 13 plus years our horses and family couldn't have had a better farrier. Always patient, gentle and never late. Thank you for taking the time to teach my girls how to trim and balance. We will miss you and the jingle of your truck heading our way.

Art- a very sad day for me when I heard the news. A common fact: a good friend and an incredible Farrier. I remember how excited you were over your new "tools of the trade"; your subtle strength and compassion for horses and animals in general. I will always treasure that spring day when I gave you a massage right in the middle of the horse pasture. What a perfect day it was too. I am hoping you are enjoying that kind of a day in Heaven, my friend. I surely am going to miss you, and already am! God Bless your family and friends who will always love you, Art!

My heart is sad, but I am happy you are at peace now. You will be missed, always so good with the horses, especially the young and old ones. I remember you getting down on the ground to trim my old mare so she would be more compftable, and the patients you had with my babies. You will be forever known as the kind horse shoer that was always on time :) Sending good thoughts to all your family and friends.
