I knew Glenn through a local athletic club in Mount Vernon and enjoyed seeing him for a cup of coffee on those occasions in the 1990s when I would occasionally be in Mount Vernon. He was a great asset to the local community and always a good friend.

When I started ay the Sheriff's Office Glenn was already a long time sergeant and U-10. He had such an easy going manner and had a way of letting a young deputy know what was the real priorities in life. He will never be forgotten at the SCSO. He meant so much to all of us.

I don't personally know Glenn, but he worked in the Sheriff's office the same time as my dad, Orville Zamzow. RIP Deputy!
