You lost a good one! I grew up living next door to all of you, and remember Walt as the handsome, kind, caring man that he was. I am sorry for your loss. The best to all of you.

Dear Elayne, Marla, and Hannah,
I have such good memories of growing up on Madrona. Many include Walt and your whole family. Walt was always a kind man and lots of fun to be around.
May your many wonderful memories of him give you comfort at this difficult time.

A voice from your past...Bev and Roy Funk...Just read your father's obit and remember well your telling us about your family when you learned that we, too, were Funks. That special daughter-father relationship is never replicated...as you now know.
We just arrived last night in Rancho Mirage, CA for our 3 months...hope to warm up. Bev Funk
