Gary Froelich Obituary
He was born on April 12, 1948 in Bismarck, ND, a son of the late Edward and Alta Ferber Froelich.
On August 2, 1971, in Hagerstown, MD, he married Pamela Bland Froelich, who survives of St. Marys. Together they shared more than 52 years of marriage.
Gary was Lutheran by faith and retired in 2012 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers after working as a Park Manager at the East Branch Dam and Lake for many years. Gary loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife Pam, he is survived by 3 children; Lance (Donna) Froelich of SC, Jaci (Pat) Kohler of IN, and Derek Froelich of MD; and by his 13 beloved grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, and was anticipating the birth of his fourth great-grandchild. He is also survived by two brothers; Dennis (Sharon) Froelich of IA, Kevin Froelich of MN, as well as by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his son, Wade Froelich, and by a grandson, Michael R. Froelich.
Funeral Services for Gary A. Froelich will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Lynch-Green Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home on Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 4-6 p.m., and again on Friday, September 15, 2023 from 10 a.m. until the time of the services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Lung Association.

May I extend my belated condolences and sympathies to Gary's family as I only learned now of his passing. We grew up together in Minnesota, attended high school together as well
as Gary's first year at college. Many good memories of those early years of our lives. Blessed be his memory.

So sorry to hear of Gary's passing. We were good bud's in High School and I have lots of memories of time spent with him.
