Marilyn Clark Obituary
December 27, 1936 - December 30, 2018
Marilyn was born in San Francisco to parents Theresa Webb and Thomas O'Connor, and loving sister to Thomas O'Connor. She was raised in San Francisco and graduated from Mission High School. She loved the city and was proud of her second generation heritage. When she was in her early 20s, moved to the Peninsula to raise her family. Over the years, she worked at Safeway as a checker and in her 40s took her skills, moved to Sonoma and worked at Glenn Ellen Village Market and retired from Sonoma Market. Upon her retirement received a gold watch from the Shones and Dowings of which she was very proud. Over the years, she made many good friends at the Village Greens II Apartments. She is survived by her loving daughter Pam Petersen and son Jerry Clark, her grandchildren Christopher Clark, Victoria Petersen, Brian Petersen and Steven Petersen. She will be missed by a large loving family and many friends.
All services and Celebrations will be Wednesday, January 9, 1919, 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Solano Church, 469 3rd street West, Sonoma, 2:00 p.m., Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma, and immediately following a lunch at Estrada's Restaurant, 7440 Mission Street, Daly City. All family and friends are invited. Arrangements by: Duggan's Mission Chapel, Sonoma.

Auntie Marilyn has always been a part of my life and I can't remember a party or event without her. I remember when 60 or so of us went to Hawaii for Jackie's wedding. We all were out ona a big ship and there was a slide going into the Ocean. Well we were all in the water and here comes our beautiful Auntie down the slide bringing laughter, joy, and of course her spunky loving way. Missing your beautiful smile Auntie, I love you.
