Denise A. Armstrong Oct. 4, 1952 - Oct. 1, 2015 SOUTH BEND - Denise A. Armstrong, age 62, of Pagin Street, South Bend, IN, passed away on October 1, 2015 at her residence. She was born October 4, 1952 in South Bend, IN, to James and Willa Mae (Green) Laurence who both preceded her in death. She worked for Have A Maid for ten years and she was a Seventh Day Adventist. She lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 1955 to 1966. Her hobbies included Motown Music especially the Temptations, she loved to knit and she loved art. Survivors left to cherish her memory include one sister, Donna Laurence, five brothers, Jacques, Pierre, Franchot, Deon and Royce Laurence, two special nieces, Theresa Laurence and Nosha Casey along with a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, October 12, 2015 at Alford's Mortuary with burial following at Fairview Cemetery.
