EDWARDSBURG - Mary Lou Hildebrandt, 83, of Edwardsburg, died at 11:25 a.m. Thursday (Oct. 6, 2011) at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. She was born Aug. 17, 1928, in Mishawaka, to Wade & Zula (Lehman) Huston. On Jan. 26, 1962, in South Bend she married Robert "Jack" Hildebrandt. He survives along with a sister-in-law, Sandra (Leroy) Barritt; nephew, Gareth Lamirand of South Bend; and a niece, Jackie Wyatt of New Carlisle. Mary Lou graduated in 1946 from Mishawaka High School. She enjoyed bowling and going out to eat breakfast. She retired from John Hancock Insurance after 32 years of service. There will be no visitation or service, and cremation will take place. Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Jack,
My deepest sympathies and prayers to you and your family. I hold so many wonderful memories of you and Mary Lou and the rest of the "Ding-A-Lings". We sure had some fun times. I think of you all often and will always hold a special place in my heart for all of you.
