I remember living next door, playing and getting teased by Michael, I remember high school and the fun we had because Mike was a part of it all.
I remember seeing him occasionally in the schools and around town and we always greeted each other warmly and asked about the families. I have some good memories to cherish.
My sincerest condolences go out to the family and those who loved him.
We'll miss you Michael.

My condolence to Mike’s family. Although his physical presence has transitioned, his spirit remains and lives through the people with whom he had contact. I was just thinking about Mike last week. I remember his quick wit and extraordinary command of the English language and pronunciation dating as far back as junior high school. By example, he encouraged the rest of our posse.

All my best,

Connie Walker-Davis

We were shocked and saddened to hear of Mike's passing and share your grief. Lots of great memories of growing up, family gatherings, days at Central High and talking "politics" as adults. Take comfort in knowing Mike is now at peace and that we shall see him again.

Michael, Michael, Michael..

Someone once said that "memories are golden," well maybe that's true. But Mike, we never longed for memories, we only longed for you. Many times we wanted to touch you, and a million times we cried. If our love and friendship could have kept you here in this earthly realm, you never would have died.

Mike in life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you will hold a place which no one can ever fill. If tears could build a stairway and heartache could form a lane, we'd walk a path to heaven and bring you back again.

Michael, our family chain once again is broken, and nothing seems the same. But as the Almighty God calls each of us, one by one to his Heavenly home, the chain will link again. There will never be another one like you. We love you!

To Cousin Ann, his children Monica, Rosalind, Roxanna, and Anthony, his siblings Judith, Rosalind, Roland, Carolyn, and Richard and children... Hang in there and may the comforting spirit of the Holy Ghost give you strength. Much love from,
