Thomas E. “Tom” Hall, 70, passed away at residence on Sunday, December 27, 2020. He was a graduate of Roosevelt High School Class of 1969. Thomas served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a retired employee of AM General. Tom was the President of the Veteran Committee, and started a Bible study ministry at work during lunch hour. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of South Bend, IN and the Michiana Community Male Chorus. Tom was a sponsor at ICAADA. He was preceded in death by parents, Sabron and Dorothy Hall. He leaves to cherish memories seven children: Keith Hall Sr., Michele Holland, Thomas Jr., Kevin (Amber) Hall, Julian Hall, twins Tonya Hall and Tamara Hall; siblings, Lillian “Lillie” Cook, Bobbie (Gill) Anderson, Sabron Hall Jr., and Andrew Hall; two bonus children, LaDonna McKinley and Mark Harmon, 10 grandchildren, a great-grandchild, and a host of cousins, relatives and friends. Visitation Friday, January 8, 2021 from 9 to 11:00am with the Funeral service to follow at 11:00am at the New Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 1917 Carolina St., Gary, IN 46407. Officiating is Rev. W.N. Reed. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery.
