So sorry for your loss. Chuck was my boss an landlord at royal mobile home park. Couldn't ask for a better man for the job. He worked day night rain snow sleet. I remember him doing a cook out for us employees for lunch. Bringing in corn an tomatoes fresh from his garden. If you needed anything you could ask him. Always went seen chuck when I went to flint from Orlando. This time I didn't go see him cause I was sick while I was in flint an didn't want him get sick. But I got a text message from an unknown number says you better get the lawns mowed. I text back who is this he said it's chuck you better get lawns mowed hodgie man. I laughed an said I'll be in flint an come see you. But I never did. It's ok I got lots to remember of him. What a caring loving man. He was not just my boss he was my bff an proud to say it. Live an miss you chuck.
