Donita Raymond Obituary
Donita passed on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Donita was born Feb. 27, 1965, in Grand Rapids, Mich. to Carol and Don Raymond.
Donita was a caregiver to the elderly; she loved what she did and did it for many years. She was also an avid animal lover, especially to cats. She loved the water; there were many summer days spent at the beach.
Although you didn't always see it because she hid it well, she had a kind and giving heart. Donita loved her family, especially her grandchildren and will be truly missed by them all.
Surviving is her mother, Carol Adams; daughters, Ashley (Mario) Fonseca, Rochelle (RJ) Simmons; grandchildren, Kassidee, Kaelyn, Rowan, Kensley, Josh, Kyle, Adrianna and Skyler; along with many other living relatives.
She is preceded in death by her father, Don Raymond; son, Joshua Griggs; grandparents, Jane and Bob Willerton; and stepfather, Ralph Adams.
Memorial services were held Nov. 7 at Geneva Township Hall.
