Howard was a great guy. We met him at Star Speedway and enjoyed his company watching the supermodified races. He was full of life and had a great sense of humor. He always talked fondly of about his animal friends. He was a true patriot and loved America. He holds a special place in our hearts. We are so glad to have known him. He is in heaven now probably cleaning a shotgun. We wish to express our deepest sympathy to his family.
