Stanley Webber Obituary

Marshfield Stanley E. Webber, 75, of Ocean Bluff, formerly of Whitman, died unexpectedly Saturday, July 26. He was the beloved husband of Phyllis A. (Feeney) Webber and son of the late Norman and Aristine (Blanchard) Webber. He was a telephone worker for New England Telephone before his retirement. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, David Webber and his wife Laura of Whitman; his daughter, Cathleen Waugh and her husband Chris of East Wareham; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Aisha and Emilie Webber; his step-grandchildren, Michael and Brooke Waugh; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Donald Webber and Lorraine Hammond. By request of the family, all services were private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Stanleys memory may be made to Teen Challenge New England, 54 Bloomfield St., Dorchester, MA 02124, attention: Stanley E. Webber Memorial. This program has a strong faith based approach and offers spiritual, academic and vocational training that equips individuals to return to society as responsible citizens.
