Thelma Howe Obituary

WEST BRIDGEWATER Thelma P. Howe, age 97 years, passed away peacefully, at Life Care Center of West Bridgewater, Sunday. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph B. Howe. Born April 23, 1911, in Bangor, Maine, she had been a resident of West Bridgewater for the past 66 years and was a 55-year member of the First Baptist Church of Brockton. She was the loving mother of Ralph B. Howe II of Long Island, N.Y., Marilyn Stewart of Taunton, Joanne Frost of East Sandwich, Carol Marie Harding of Montoursville, Pa., and Deborah Lee Bowman of West Bridgewater; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren, also survive her, as well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 5-7 p.m. in the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 647 Main St., Brockton. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater. Memorial gifts may be given to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Massachusetts Chapter, 220 North Main St., No. 104, Natick, MA 01760.
