Constance M. Sotir-Kane

1952 - 2021

Constance Marie Sotir-Kane, 68, of Wrentham, passed peacefully at home on September 3, 2021. She was the beloved wife of Timothy Kane. Born in Boston on October 19, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Rachie and Stacia (Gu-towski) Sotir. Constance was a graduate of Walpole High School, Class of 1970. She also graduated from Pondville School of Nursing and received her bachelor's degree in Nursing from Cape Cod Community College. She worked as a registered nurse at Norwood Hospital for many years and as a nursing supervisor at the Wrentham Developmental Center. She enjoyed traveling to Bermuda, Hawaii, and Las Vegas where she loved playing slot machines and experiencing the thrill and excitement of gambling. She also liked to knit and was an avid gardener. Constance is survived by her husband Timothy and her cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was the sister of the late Richard Sotir. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 4-7 pm in the RJ Ross Funeral Home, 135 South Street, Wrentham. Burial will take place on Monday, September 13, at 2 pm in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Avenue, Bourne.
