I am one of Frank's many cousins on his dad's side, now living in Virginia. We are so sorry to learn of Frank's passing. Too young. We have such wonderful memories of being together for Christmas and Easter at our Aunt May's parties as well as other times. Our prayers and sympathy to Frank's extended family. Art Collins

Ann & Jennifer,
I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He always had a great smile, and I can still remember those early morning drop-offs at daycare, and seeing him around Quincy. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

I new Frank for a long, long time at Stone and Webster . He was very knowledgeable and very intense in all what he was doing. He always challenged me in what I was doing, in particular in the fire protection field, in the positive sense.
He departed much too soon.
Rest in peace Frank,
