Julie Ann Porfiris, of Holbrook, formerly of Braintree and Bridgewater, passed away in her sleep on Saturday, June 24, 2017 in Slidell, Louisiana at the age of 31. Thank you for the life of a woman I'm so proud to call a devoted wife, loving mother, caring sister, beloved daughter and amazing friend. The unique and complex, the extraordinary and irreplaceable Julie Ann Porfiris whose beauty both inside and out will never be extinguished from our hearts Julie put all others before herself in life. In her previous profession as a paramedic in Massachusetts, most notably Fallon Ambulance Service, Julie lived to provide for others in need. As a devoted spouse of a military service member Julie made ultimate sacrifices to leave her home and profession to be with her husband as they transferred around the country. Once Julie became a mother to her amazing baby boy Kaleb she ensured her focus to revolve around the life of her child. Julie will remain the brightest star in the sky watching over her loved ones and those she touched in life. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Fred Hunter Hollywood Funeral Home, 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood, Florida 33024 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Services will be held on Monday, July 3, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Fred Hunter Hollywood Funeral Home with cremation to follow.
