Neil A. Finlayson

Neil A. Finlayson, of Hyde Park, died June 21, 2021. The beloved husband of 42 years to Denise (Cicerone) Finlayson of Hyde Park. Loving son of the late Raymond and Dorothy (MacDonald) Finlayson. Loving son-in-law of the late Vincent J. and Mary L. Cicerone. Brother-in-law of John Cicerone of Hyde Park, Mark Cicerone and his wife Geri of Norton and Michael Cicerone and his wife Deirdre of Duxbury. Uncle of Eric Cicerone of ME, Jessica Cicerone of Norton, Michael and Payton Cicerone both of Duxbury. Brother of Robert Finlayson of Boston and Cathy Krimm of Wrentham. Neil grew up in West Roxbury. He worked as a HVAC technician for Hendry's Ice Cream and more currently Massachusetts General Hospital. Neil loved to play golf and follow New England sports teams. Family was the corner stone of all that was truly important to him. He loved to spend time with each of them, they were the foundation of what gave his life meaning. Neil will be sadly missed by all those who were fortunate to have known him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Sunday 4-8 pm in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., Quincy. A celebration of life service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 am on Monday prior to the funeral Mass in St. Ann's Church, Quincy, at 10 am. Burial will be private.
