Patrick Hurley Obituary

Patrick Raymond Hurley, of Randolph, passed away 6 days short of his 32nd birthday on January 8, 2018 as a result of a fall. Only 3 short months ago, he married his high school sweetheart Nicole Pasquantonio. He graduated from Blue Hills Regional and then he and his brother formed Hurley Brothers Services, as electrical and construction company, where he was the CEO and President. Patrick grew up in North Randolph where he played sports and had many friends from all over. He was a member of the Randolph Elks 2130 and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, racing his car at New England Drag Way, and spending time with his wife and friends. He leaves behind his beloved wife Nicole, his mom, Carole (Apromollo) Hurley, his dad, Rick Hurley, and his dearest brother and best friend Kevin Hurley. Also survived by his in-laws, Paul and Holly Pasquantonio, his grandmother, Irene (Sass) Apromollo, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was special and will be deeply missed. Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rte. 28), Randolph on Monday, January 15, at 9:15 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at St. Marys Church in Randolph at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday, January 14, from 2 - 6 p.m. Interment St. Marys Cemetery, Randolph. In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricks memory can be made to the William Pasquantonio Scholarship, 15 McEnelly Cir., Randolph, MA 02368 or Boston Children's Hospital, Child Life ServicesOncology Unit, 300 Longwood Ave., Boston, MA 02115 - In memory of Maximus Derba. There are no words to convey my sadness upon hearing of this loss. I never met Patrick, but I know his mom and dad , and they are special people. I know Patrick must be special too. This can never make any sense, a young man, not ill, and recently married. The world must be topsy turvy. I'm praying praying praying for calmness of spirit for the Hurley's as their loss is great. I just choose to think that we now have another Angel to watch over us.
