Paul Gentile Obituary

Paul J. Gentile, of Quincy, died July 28, 2015, he was 42. The beloved husband of Lani Gentile of Quincy. Cherished father of Monica Gentile and Paul Phillip Gentile both of Quincy. The beloved son of Gale Gentile of Holbrook and Paul J. Gentile and his wife Cathy of Abington. Brother of Joseph Gentile of Abington. Son-in-law of Maureen and Steve Kowlski of Quincy. Brother-in-law of Stephen Kowlski of Hanson and Maura Nugent of Quincy. Godson of Pamela Flaherty of Fla. Paul is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A longtime Quincy resident. Paul was a talented contractor. He enjoyed fishing and boating. He also enjoyed following all the New England sports teams, but nothing was more important to him than his children Monica and Paul Phillip, he adored them. They were the most important part of his world. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 2 - 5 p.m. in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., Quincy. There will be an hour of reflection on Sunday evening at 5 p.m. in the funeral home for all those who would like to share their favorite memory of Paul. A celebration of life service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. on Monday prior to the funeral Mass in St. Josephs Church, Quincy at 10 a.m. Burial in St. Josephs Cemetery, West Roxbury.
