Rita M. Carroll QUINCY Rita M. (Collins) Carroll, age 94, passed away peacefully at the Colonial Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Weymouth on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008. Born & raised in Boston, Mrs. Carroll lived most of her life in Quincy . A graduate of Dorchester High School, Class of 1933, Mrs. Carroll was a homemaker and a former electronic technician of the S.H. Couch Co., Milton, retiring in 1966 after an 18 year employment. The beloved wife of the late Selah L. Carroll, she is survived by her devoted sons, Paul J. of Middleboro & John L. Carroll of Weymouth, her loving grandchildren; Allison M., John J., Stephanie A. & Sean M. Carroll and her great grandchildren; Amanda B. & Justin M. and Conor R. Robinson. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth, Wednesday morning at 10. Visiting hours will be held at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Tuesday from 4 to 8 PM. Interment in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.
