Violet Henriksen QUINCY Violet (Frazer) Henriksen, of Quincy, died June l9, 2009 at the age of 82. Dear mother of Rita Ougoorlian and her husband Richard of Quincy, Bruce Henriksen and his wife Dorothy of Marshfield, Kristie Henriksen of Cohasset and the late Karen Vierbickas. Loving grandmother of Marc Vierbickas, Lisa, Christine, Danielle, Justin, Alexa and Sydney and great-grandmother of 2. Violet was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and lived most of her life in Quincy. She was a waitress for 40 years in various South Shore Restaurants finishing her career at her daughters restaurant Siros in Marina Bay. Visiting hours Tuesday, June 23, at the Bolea-Buonfiglio Funeral Home, ll6 Franklin St, Quincy, MA from 4 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. A Funeral Service to follow at 7:45 p.m. Contributions in Violets memory may be made to Medical Mission for Children, l0G Roessler Rd., Suite 500, Woburn, MA 0l90l.

My dear friend Kristie & family,
It is hard to find the words to express the deep sorrow I feel for you, and your family.
Your Mom was a very special lady. She would tell it like is, straight up if you asked her opinion, I loved that. She always had wisdom and good advice, and she could read people well. Vi always had a very young spirit, it was wonderful.

Vi told me she loved me last week when I left her room, it was so nice. She was smiling and happy, and that is how I want to remember her. She is not suffering anymore.

Your Mom knew, and appreciated the love and excellent care you gave her. You and your family by her side, that is what life is all about. Being there for each other, in good times and in bad. It was beautiful to see the togetherness and caring for someone you love. Vi knew how much you all loved her, and that is worth more than anything.

You know your Mother's love is forever, and she wants you to take care of yourself. You are always doing for others she said to me one day, and boy is that the truth.
Vi's spirit will be with you and in your familys hearts forever. Your Mom loved you all very much.

To Kris-Marc and Violet's entire family-my deepest sympathy.
Vi was a special person. Every time I saw her she would remind me that we shared the same birthday which was a reason to share a sip and a gigle-if she wasn't working. She enjoyed life and lived every minute of it to it's fullest. May her spirit rest in peace.
