Charles Whitlock Obituary
SPARTANBURG, SC-- A memorial service for Charles R. Whitlock, 88, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 26, 2009, at St. Matthews Episcopal Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Citadel Development Foundation, 171 Moultrie Street, Charleston, SC 29409.
The family is at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Ed Frost, 1004 Seven Springs Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.

Charles was like my second Dad.He and Sara were always so good to me I felt like I was part of he family. Pam I will do my best to be there saturday but know that all of you are in my prayers.
