I have known John Jeter since 1978 or 1979 when Ms Elwillie and Mr Abraham came into the office on insurance. Ms Elwillie did most of the talking, and she talked about her children and how proud she was of them. John was a kindred soul and he was always so humble. I hate that I did not get to tell him bye. I did try to reach him over the last few months. I will miss his smile and telling me about his family. Even though he no longer worked on vehicles. If I mentioned something was wrong with my vehicle he would explain what it probably was. I know Ms Elwillie, Mr Abraham, Ab Jr., Perletha, Vivian, Willie Lee, and Sullivan were there to welcome him. I can just hear Ms Elwillie and Mr Abraham just sitting there listening. To the family, I will be remembering you during this time.
