SPARTANBURG, SC-- Kenneth Edward Cook, 75, of Locust Grove Road, died Friday, July 14, 2006, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born on February 24, 1931, in Madison County, NC, he was the son of the late Oliver Dewey and Ariel Shelton Cook. He was retired from Christman and Parsons, Inc.Survivors include two sons, Tommy Ray Cook and Wayne Edward Cook, both of Spartanburg; two daughters, Barbara C. Suttles of Cowpens, and Margie C. Wilson of Boiling Springs; one brother, Roy Cook of Spartanburg; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two brothers, Oliver Cook, Jr. and Charles Cook; and a sister, Charlotte Greene.Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2006, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens conducted by Dr. David R. Ivey.
