Thomas Gambrell Obituary
WOODRUFF, SC-- Thomas Leland "Lee" Gambrell, 24, of 276 Parsons Road, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.
A native of Spartanburg County, he was the son of Steve and Ginger Rumsey Gambrell of Woodruff. He attended West End Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Jessica Mae Fuller of Woodruff and Mercedes Lorae Gambrell of Woodruff; one son, Noah Anthony Fuller of Woodruff; two brothers, Robert Vincent Gambrell of the home and Steven Bradley Gambrell of Simpsonville; maternal grandmother, Ruby King Rumsey of Orangeburg; paternal grandmother, Genelle Smith Gambrell of Woodruff.
Visitation will be held tonight, Tuesday, April 6, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lanford Funeral Home, 257 North Main Street, Woodruff.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Lanford Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Bill Thomason. Interment will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Mercedes Gambrell College Fund, P.O. Box 159, Woodruff, SC 29388.
The family is at the residence.
