Tiffany Thomas Obituary

Tiffany Thomas
SIMPSONVILLE--Tiffany Edwards Thomas, 25, beloved wife of Bradley F. Thomas of Greenville, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 25, 2018.
Tiffany was born in Spartanburg, the daughter of Tricia Crews and the late John Crews, and biological daughter of Darren Edwards. She graduated from Dorman High School then attended both Anderson University and Clemson University.
In 2010, while in the 11th grade, Tiffany met the love of her life, Bradley Thomas. They first met on a dance floor. Bradley asked what her name was and she said 'Tiffany'. Bradley thought she said 'kiss me', so he gave her a kiss on the cheek. They were inseparable after that! Bradley and Tiffany were married on May 14, 2016, exactly six years after Bradley asked her to be his girlfriend. Their love and devotion to each other were special.
In 2013, as Bradley and Tiffany had just begun their junior year at Clemson, they received devastating news. Tiffany was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer. For five years, Tiffany endured surgeries, chemo, and radiation, but she fought with amazing faith, perseverance, and courage. Bradley was with her every step of the way providing love, encouragement, and support. Tiffany's faith and trust in God was incredible, as evidenced in her own words: 'Throughout this whole journey, God keeps showing me that no matter what, He is still good and His plans for me are never to harm me through this pain, but to show me more love and grace than I could ever imagine.'
Throughout her journey, Tiffany impacted more lives than can be counted - those of family, friends, and total strangers. It was not her devastating diagnosis that everyone saw, but rather her response and unwavering faith in the face of such hardship. The faithful, positive attitude that Tiffany held daily served as an inspiration and figure of hope to others going through trials of their own. Take, for instance, this recent message from one of Tiffany's many supporters: 'There are people in this world who leave a lasting impact on your life. Tiffany Thomas is one of those people. She was diagnosed with colon cancer at the age of 20. She is now 25 and has praised God even in these difficult times. Her faith is unshakable and so admirable. I sit here and ask why such a young, beautiful, precious woman. Then I went to share her post and I realized it had been shared 161 times in a matter of hours and at that moment I realized why. She has touched and continues to touch so many lives with her testimony.'
Tiffany is now dancing with Jesus, free of any pain and discomfort, and she will continue to be an inspiration to us all for how she trusted in God's sovereignty and perfect plan every day throughout her journey.
A visitation will be held Friday, September 28, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at Fellowship Greenville followed by the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Burial will take place in Graceland East Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to GHS Cancer Institute ITOR Philanthropy Office in memory of Tiffany at 300 E. McBee Ave. Ste 503, Greenville, SC 29601.

I lost my young daughter-in-law six months ago to stage 4 colon cancer. Her name was Julie.
Like Tiffany, Julie fought hard but succumbed to cancer after approximately 5 years. Because I know what the process is like, I decided to reach out and offer my most sincere condolences for your loss.
Sending thoughts and prayers.
