Brian Thacker Obituary
He was born in Pikeville and was an employee of Triumph Landscaping. He was a graduate of Spencer County High School.
He is survived by his wife, Amber Harley Thacker of Shepherdsville; his parents, Charles and Jodi Russell of Shelbyville; his brother, Johnny Thacker of Jeffersontown; his grandparents, Don and Cresta Stanley of Taylorsville and Sarah and Nelson Hardman of Grafton, Ohio.
Visitation: Wednesday, Oct. 30, from 3 to 8 p.m. and Thursday, Oct. 31, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home in Taylorsville.
Services: Thursday, Oct. 31, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Bro. Pat Nix officiating. Interment: Elk Creek Baptist Cemetery in Elk Creek.

Johnny, Cory, Jodi and Amber. My heart and prayers go out to you all. The Dockery's loved Brian, when I saw him I always made sure to say hi and talk to him and we always had a good conversation. He was a good young man whom I enjoyed watching play ball over the years!! Peace be with you all!!!
