William Michael "Mike" Tindle, 63
TAYLORSVILLE
A Taylorsville resident, Mr. William Michael "Mike" Tindle, age 63, passed away Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, at Baptist Health Louisville. He was born May 29, 1962, in Shelbyville to Raymond Ellis "R.E." and Doris Hall Tindle. Mike was an employee of Glantz and was a member of Little Mount Baptist Church. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, coaching little league and watching his grandchildren play sports. Mike was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Bengals fan.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Todd Tindle.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Karen Lewis Tindle; three daughters, Brittany Tindle, Amanda (Tommy) McGehee and Samantha (Adam) Keeling; his son, Elijah (Ashlee) Tindle; his parents, R.E. and Doris Tindle, all of Taylorsville; his sister, Lynda Huckleberry of Chaplin; and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, 2025, at the Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home in Taylorsville. Bro. Chad Goodlett will officiate. Interment will be in Little Mount Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. and Monday after 8:30 a.m. until time of the service.
The Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home was charge of arrangements.
